She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Ouwens; her parents, Guy, Sr. Warren and Beatrice Warren; her daughter Portia Griffin; and her siblings, Dennis Warren, Guy Warren, Butch Warren and Alberta Cassel.
She is survived by: her daughter Gwyn Thornton (Keith); her grandchildren, Bridgette Griffin and Justin Thornton (Katie); her great grandchild Madison Carlyle; her cousin Bill Koonce; and her son-in-law Steve Griffin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
