He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Grady (Wardie) and Susan Ann Grady (Sudie) of Kinston; and his siblings, Alex Grady Jr. of Deep Run and Nadine Davis of Fayetteville. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jackson Grady; his daughters, Sheila Ann Wheeler (Terry) of New Bern, Stephanie Leigh Grady of New Bern and Lynda Joyce Rackley (David) of New Bern; his grandchildren, Ashley Wheeler Laiche (Randy) of Tennessee, Alex Wheeler (Jennifer) of New Bern and Chelsea Rackley of Tennessee; his great grandchildren, Raylan Patrick Laiche of Tennessee and Lillian Grace Wheeler of New Bern; and his brother Bobby Grady of Kinston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
