He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Upchurch; his daughters, Ebony Bryant, Cynthia Newell and Ericka Brown; and his siblings, Vernetta Upchurch, David Upchurch, John Upchurch and Robert Upchurch. He is also survived by three granddaughters; and one great-grandson.
