It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Alexander of Kinston, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 83, on June 28, 2024. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her children, LaTanya Mitchell, Troy Alexander and Tyrone Alexander; and her sisters, Evelyn Graddy, Barbara Johnson, Eltweena Fields and Juanita Joyner. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
