Perry, Jr. of Kinston and Margaret Radford Altizer; her granddaughter Virginia Carolyn Pharr of Chapel Hill; her brother Fred M. Taylor of Chapel Hill; her sister-in-law Barbara Ruth Perry of Kinston; her goddaughter Betty Blaine Worthington of Kinston; and also John O. Altizer of Chapel Hill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
