She was predeceased by: her father Walter Barden West. She is survived by: her husband William M. Owens; her friend Julia; her son William M. Owens, Jr.; her siblings, Margie Parks, Dick West, Harry West, Howard West, Whit West, Bill West and Simeral West; her close friends, Mary Perry and Alice Wagstaff; her son John Owens; her granddaughter Kristen Owens; and her brother Carey West. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
