She is survived by: her husband Morine Kornegay; her daughter Alice Kornegay McIver of Kinston; and her sisters, Margaret W. Jones of Kinston, Verna Brown of Cove City, Sandra F. Harris, Edith Washington and Dora Langley of Greenville.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jr. Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sand Hill Free Will Baptist Church (3181 Neuse Rd, Kinston, NC 28501).
