She was predeceased by: her parents, George Grugan and Louise Grugan of Lock Haven, PA. She is survived by: her cousin Jeffrey; her husband Dr. Donald A. Shiffler; her children, Donald A. Shiffler, Jr., Jill Owens and Paul G. Shiffler; her grandchildren, Stacy Copp, David Shiffler of Logan, UT, Grace Owens of Boone, NC, Andrew, Alexandra and Abigail Shiffler of Maynard, MA; and her great grandchildren, Lydia and Leila Copp of Irvine, CA.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery (917 Cleveland Dr, Kinston, NC 28504).
