It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ilse Rouse (Kinston, North Carolina), who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinrich Mages and Luise Mages; her husband William "Billy" Hardy Rouse; and her brother Heinz Mages. She is survived by: her sons, William H. Rouse, Jr. (Cathy) of Kinston, Richard W. Rouse (Karen) of Kinston and Eric S. Rouse (Alice) of Kinston; her grandchildren, Jeffery Rouse (Kaitlin) of Greenville, Emily Rouse of Raleigh, Morgan Rouse of Emerald Isle, Aaron Rouse (Samantha) of Kinston, Alec of Kinston, Anna of Kinston and Braxton Rouse of Kinston; and her brother Karl Mages (Sigrid) of Kaiserslautern.

Memorial donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation 26 Broadway, 14th floor, New York, NY 10004 and Rivermont Baptist church, 2478 Hwy 258N, Kinston, NC 28504.
