She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bastian and Betty Ohnmeiss; her brother Jack Bastian; and her husband Constantine "Connie" Foltis. She is survived by: her son Joseph Anthony Rizzo; her daughter-in-law Beth Rizzo; her daughter Debra Anne Rizzo Rogers; her son-in-law Rock Rogers; her daughter Laura Beth Winstead; and her son-in-law Clint Winstead. She is also survived by two nieces; eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
