She is survived by: her husband Burnie Thigpen; her daughters, Rose Thompson, Debra Best (Donald) and Shiron Jenkins; her grandchildren, Scotty Street (Margaret), Shannon Street (Ann), Lisa Richardson (Scotty), Donnie Best (Teresa), Deanna Mataya and Crystal Jenkins; and her siblings, Shirley Ann Smith and Ronnie "Hubcap" Jones. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
