He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Lee and Libby Cunningham; and his siblings, Laura May, Ruby, Frances, Margaret, Margie, Robert, Ray, Therbert and Tick.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ann Whitley Cunningham; his children, Susan Cunningham Reaves (Michael) of LaGrange and Ervin Jenkins Cunningham, Jr. (Lisa) of LaGrange; his sister Evelyn Sutton of LaGrange; his grandchildren, Austin Cunningham, Patrick Reaves, Eric Reaves, Andrew Dedrick, Matthew Dedrick and Lauren Grady; and his great grandchild Sasha Grady.
