She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirby Wooten and Effie Wooten; her husband Clifton Ray Hedgepeth; her children, Edward Hedgepeth, Roscoe Hedgepeth and Kaye Hedgepeth; her grandson-in-law Chip Carter; and her siblings, Ruby Wooten, Faye Wooten, Charlotte Forrest, Joyce Dail, Kirby Wooten and Paul Wooten.

She is survived by: her children, Lima Barnett (Hugh), Richard Hedgepeth (Ronnette) and Charles Hedgepeth (Ella Mae); her grandchildren, Will Hedgepeth (Jennifer), Jennifer Suggs (Levy), Marvin Barnett (April), Clifton Barnett (Alison), Edith Vann (Jason), Bond Hedgepeth (Kelly), Kim Carter, Brandi Lancaster (Mike), Paul Hedgepeth (Rebecca), Timothy Hedgepeth (Danielle), Sharon Lunden (Carl), Lily Snyder (Mark), Rosalie Jonas (Dan), Misha Hedgepeth and Oksana Vasilyevna; and her sisters, Deane Garris and Bessie Femhaber.
