He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Odell Hill and Cleo Smith Hill; his wife Shelba Grady; his children, Megan Hill Saint-Amand (Steve), Miranda Hill Wiggins (Kevin) and Matthew Hill (Lynsey Rouse); his grandchildren, Madison Saint-Amand Davis (Brett), Malone Saint-Amand, Sylas Rouse, Maddox Saint-Amand, Cleo Wiggins, Cade Wiggins and Rowan Hill; and his brothers, Dennis Hill and Dexter Hill. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
