He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy Johnson Casper and Winnie Adell Casper (Andrews); and his sister Violet Delores Casper Dhonau. He is survived by: his brother Norman Casper; his nieces, Melissa Casper and Valarie Davis; his nephew Derek Dhonau; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vanessa, Lindsey, Brianna, Kameron and Kris.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shady Grove Church (4359 Middle Rd, Kinston, NC 28501).
