He is survived by: his daughter Pam Morris Riggan (Thomas Allen Riggan, Jr.); his granddaughter Sallie Allen Riggan; his brother-in-law Neal Elmore; and his close friend Rick Vernon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
