Betty Jean Wilcox Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Wilcox (Kinston, North Carolina), who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Davis and Mertie Davis; her siblings, Shirley Hill and Lynwood Davis; and her daughter Rose Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Pike; her son-in-law Jerry Pike; her grandchildren, Jason Taylor and Amanda Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Kinley and Ethan Hoover.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Shady Grove Church (4359 Middle Rd, Kinston, NC 28501).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request that donations be made to Shady Grove Church in Betty's honor.
