He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Ashton Khloe and Summer Allison; the parent of his children Andrea Bowdle Mercer; his parents, Kenneth Mercer and Evelyn Mercer; his siblings, Kenny Mercer and Angela Mercer; his in-laws, Ron and Karen Bowdle; his grandparents, Raeford, Julie Mercer, Hilda "MoMo" and Chester Steven Wetherington; and his uncle Chester Wetherington. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews; and many cherished family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Howard - Carter Funeral Home (1608 W Vernon Ave, Kinston, NC 28504).
