He is survived by: his wife Janice Wade; his sons, Paul Allen Wade (Kathryn) of Atlanta, GA and Anthony Titus Wade of Kinston; his grandchildren, Joseph Allen Wade, Katlynn Marie Wade, Devin Harrison Wade and Taylor William Wade; his great grandchildren, Emmie James Rogers, Joey Michael Wade and Caroline Marie Riggs; and his sister Barbara Ann White (Lynwood) of Kinston.
