He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Fields (Crowder) and William David Fields, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Roger Smith; his siblings, Debbie Fields, Terry Fields and Joe Fields; his grandson Cory Smith; his wife Carol Field (Rogers); his sons, Michael Smith and James Smith (Monica); his grandchildren, Jake Bridges, Christopher Smith, Jonathan Smith, Chelsea Hayes, Nathan Smith and Noah Smith; his great grandchildren, Emma Hayes, Atlas Hayes, Malina Smith, Zander Smith and Azari Smith; and his brothers, Tony Cable, Jeff Cable and Jimmy Cable. He is also survived by his family, neighbors, friends.
