He was predeceased by: his parent Somboun Phanphouvong. He is survived by: his siblings, Keo Phanphouvong (Susie) of Las Vegas, NV and Nicky Smith of Eastvale, CA.; and his parent Manichanh Phanphouvong.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cleveland Funeral Services & Crematory (2518 W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28150).
