We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2024, at the age of 91, Tommy Howell of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Howell and Edna Lee Howell; his grandson Scott Gilmore; and his brother Charlie Howell. He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Dellinger of Shelby, Wanda Snyder of Shelby and Terri Head of Shelby; his grandchildren, Wendy Queen, Dana Yelton (Jamie) and Lori Carroll (Richard); his great grandchildren, Kristen Beaver (Andy), Michael Queen, Collen Queen, Brynley Yelton, Vada Carroll, Jacob Head, Paola and Makenzie Smith; his great great grandchildren, Tanner Hoyle, Carson Whitworth, Leahvi Beaver, Misty Sigmon and River Leigh Smith; his great grandchild Nolan Sigmon; and his niece Debbie Owens.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Clay-Barnette Funeral Home (1401 W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28152). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
