She was predeceased by: her father Henry Nichols Jr.; and her daughter Cassie Conard. She is survived by: her mother Pat Nichols of Shelby; her daughter Kaitlynn Lynn (Joshua) of Shelby; her brothers, Daniel Nichols (Danyel) of Grover and Eddie Nichols (Ashley) of Forest City; and her grandchildren, Leilani Conard, Nevaeh Little and James Lynn.
