He is survived by: his wife Laura Mathis Baxley; his daughters, Jennifer Shehan (Heath) of Kings Mountain and Amber Rochette (Jason) of Knoxville; his siblings, Karen Dunn (John) of Kings Mountain and Steven Baxley (Carolyn) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Brennan, Sawyer Shehan, Charlie and Nora Rochette; his mother-in-law Shirley Caveny Mathis of Kings Mountain; and his nieces and nephews, Ann, Keith and Kagen.
