It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Trent Calhoun of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Erika Navas of Rock Springs, WY., Casey Lunsford of Wilmington, NC., Victoria Calhoun of Charlotte, NC. and Austin Calhoun of Wilmington, NC.; his half-sister Misty Briggs of Knoxville, TN.; his grandmother Nora L. Gaddy of Elizabethtown, NC.; and his grandchildren, Jason, Nora, Jaidyn, Xavier and Zane. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
