She is survived by: her sons, Stan Smith (Trissia), Steve Smith (Donna), Gary Smith (Donna) and Jerry Smith; her grandchildren, Brandi Maples (Matt), Brittany Smith, Stephanie Smith, Allen Smith (Sarah), Brian Smith (Jennifer) and Darrell Bean; and her great grandchildren, Chase Anderson, Caleb Anderson, Elizabeth Maples, Asher Maples, Skylar Smith, Madison Bean, David Bean, Isabella Bean, Charles Smith, Benjamin Smith and Levi Smith.
