She is survived by: her husband Harold Edwards; her son Jimmy Owens; her siblings, Vernie Ynette and Raymond Horton; her children, Paula Mae-Owens Bennett (Mark) of Forest City, NC, Raymond Owens (Beth) of Gastonia, NC. and Monique Notarangelo (Tony); her grandchildren, Christian, Timothy and Benjamin Notarangelo; and her sisters, Sandy Scates and Lona Freeman of Kings Mountain, NC.
