He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Eugene Williams and Barbara Carol Bruneau Williams; and his brother Norris Rayfield. He is survived by: his children, Tonja "Tony" Williams and Bobby Jo "B. J." Williams; his siblings, Carol Oliver (Randy "Smiley"), Donna Johnson (Tim), Bobby Gene Williams (Sherri) and Joanne Smart (Lee); his nieces and nephews, T. J. Johnson (Amanda), Nicholas Johnson and Kami Williams (Cortney); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Lydia, Cyrus, Cole, Amari Skip, Paul Williams (Lucille), Dot Tesseneer, Roger Williams, Wayne Butler, Danny Williams and Brenda.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harvest Baptist Church (144 Ware Rd, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
