He was predeceased by: his father Dewitt Hunter Randall. He is survived by: his mother Eloise Spigelmyer; his children, Nina Snelgrove (Cecil Ledford) of Shelby, NC, Brian Randall (Vickie) of Shelby, NC and Tracy Webber (Chad) of Shelby, NC; his grandchildren, Stacey Wallace (Josh), Kassey Fender (Alex), Matthew King, Savannah McCurry (Tyler), Nicholas Randall, Logan Randall Tran (Dinh), Jonathan Webber and Chasidy Webber; and his half-sister Karen Wheeler (Keith) of Port Charlotte, Florida.. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to Bethlehem Baptist Church.
