He is survived by: his mother Sonya Holman Bradshaw; his children, Chloe and Simon Stultz; his siblings, Terry, Johnny Puckett and Amber Bradshaw; his grandmother Joyce Holman; his aunts and uncles, Missy Perez, Mike Holman (Kim), Joe Holman, Holly Perez (Paco) and Dan Stultz; and his nieces and nephews, Brianna, Derick, Dakota, Little Vickie, Arianna, Susie, Carleigh, Nevaeh and Velouria.
