James Peterson Jr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Peterson Jr. of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, who passed away on June 20, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Sr. and Betty Peterson; and his great grandchild Liam Ashton Dover. He is survived by: his daughters, Christie Ayers (Danny) of Polkville and Jamie Schrader (Chris) of Kings Mountain; his sisters, June Phifer (Robert) of Kings Mountain and Rhonda Huffstickler (Rocky) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Justin Dover, Jason Dover, Andrew Lowe, Katelyn Schrader, Madison Schrader, Bethany Schrader, Christopher Schrader Jr. and Bradley Schrader; and his great-nephew Ethan Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
