He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Parsley and Thelma Anglin Parsley; and his sister Marylin Worley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Moore Parsley; his sons, Thomas Richard Parsley (Kim) and John Parsley (Angie); and his grandson Christian Parsley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Patterson Grove Baptist Church (301 Oak Grove Rd, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
