With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gail Petty of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gail left this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert Harrison Scott; her sister Sharon Bowman; and her nephew Scott. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Sheets Scott of Stanley; her husband Keith Petty; her children, Melissa Petty of Kings Mountain and Brian Petty (Megan Ward) of High Point; her brother Richard Scott (Rose) of Stanley; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Lauren, Britt, Gabe and Ella; her nieces, Christy, Amanda, Jennifer and Sabrina; and her friends, Angel and Farrel Lovelace.
A reception will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (108 S Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC 28086).
