He is survived by: his parents, John Donaldson and Virginia Donaldson; his daughters, Alicia Shamblin (Derick), Deann Carey (AJ) and Stormy Donaldson; his grandson Lucas Shamblin; his sister Danielle Donaldson; his nieces, Maddalyn Pruitt and Paisley Pruitt; and his nephew Mason Pruitt.
