He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rogers Spearman; his children, Charles Guthrie Spearman of Satellite Beach, FL. and Sara Spearman Coolidge (Michael) of Greenville, SC.; his sister Nancy Spearman Scism (Charles); his granddaughters, Nancy Elliott (James) and Natalie Richards (Travis) of Greenville, SC; and his great grandchildren, Emma Elizabeth Elliott and James Christopher Elliott Numerous.
