He is survived by: his parents, Billy Horace Hawkins and Shirley Mae Ford Hawkins of Kings Mountain; his sisters, Beth Hawkins Maher of Kannapolis, NC and Sharon Hawkins Troutman (H. G.) of Concord, NC.; and his pets, Bojangles and Cooper. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Harris Funeral Home (108 S Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel (108 S Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC 28086).
