He is survived by: his wife Jill Church Miller; his sons, Josh and Luke Miller; his sister Nikki Miller; his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Church and Franklin "Burr" Keathley; his mother-in-law Delores Church; and his nieces and nephews, Matti, Abbi Church, Dale Fitch and Aaron Dean. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
