He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Lee Fulk; and his siblings, Matthew Fulk, Vester Fulk, Percy Fulk, Pauline Dodson, Louise Pratt, Leomia Dodson and Maggie Fulk.
He is survived by: his wife Magdalene Walker Fulk; his siblings, Joseph Fulk and Hestella Bodenhamer; and his son Randy Fulk (Vivian). He is also survived by family members, mother-in-law, daughter-in-law and many friends.
Also in accordance with Mr. Fulk's wishes, in lieu of cards or flowers, those wishing to remember and honor his life can make a donation in his memory to King Recreation Acres with a note indicating the funds are for maintaining the walking track so others may continue to enjoy walking and being outdoors.
