He is survived by: his wife Anita Kay Beasley Caudle; his son Phillip Ray Caudle (Jillian Scott); his grandchildren, Caroline, Kathryn, Laura and Charleston; his siblings, Darrell Caudle (Pam) and Vickie Beauchamp (late Tony); his nieces and nephews, Sydney Vaden (Chase) and Josh Caudle; and his cousins, Bonnie Foy of Texas and Ann Stafford of Kentucky.
