He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brown and Alma Brown; his wife Lillie Elizabeth Williams Brown; his daughter Paula Denise Brown; and his siblings, Ricky Brown and Marsha Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ann Dorsett (Wayne), Rebecca Dawn Brown, Rhonda Elaine Moore (Anthony) and Robert Dwayne Brown; and his sister Mary Ann Martin. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and twenty-five great grandchildren.
