He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pocahontas Moss Beasley and Lucius Beasley; and his siblings, Thomas Merrell Beasley and Ruby Beasley Chandler. He is survived by: his siblings, Louise Beasley Welborn and Frank Beasley (Virginia). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
