She was predeceased by: her husband William Lawton Noah, Jr.; her parents, Enie Neal and Lucy Mae Williams Neal; and her brothers, Enie Junior Neal, Henry Donald Neal and William Melvin Neal.

She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Jefferys of Madison, NC and Angie Mabe (E. W.) of Lexington, NC; her grandchildren, Justin Jefferys, Zack Jefferys and Tabetha Mabe; her great grandchildren, Raelynn Mabe and Macy Mabe; and her sister Ollene Neal Woods (Dennis) of Walnut Cove, NC..
