He is survived by: his parents, Carol Ann Burkett Wentzel and Dalton Ray Boyd, Jr.; his stepmother Debora Boyd; his wife Sherry Brown Boyd; his son Jonathan Ray Boyd; his stepdaughter Candace Brown; and his siblings, Shannon Hines and Cody Pruitt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
