He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Hall of Kill Devil; his children, Jake M. Hall of Vail, CO, Trevor B. Hall of Cary, NC, Marlene R. Hall, Cary Hall and Michelle S. Hall; and his brothers, David Hall of Tarpon Springs, FL and Philip Hall of Largo, FL.
In lieu of flowers or food Rick's family gratefully requests that memorial donations in Rick's memory be made directly to Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. to offset his cremation expenses.
