She is survived by: her mother Alice Blackwell; her stepfather Tom Blackwell; her father Byron Perkins; her siblings, Bo Perkins (Faith) and Lea Nowak (John); and her nieces, Emily Nowak, Maddie Perkins, Olivia Perkins, Emily Bothoff and Bethany Bothoff.
