He was predeceased by: his parents, June Gray Perry and Rupert Parker Perry; his grandparents, Walter and Evelyn Gray; his uncle Walter Gray Jr.; his aunt Liz Hemilright; his brothers, Wilton J. Boyd and Walter Earl Boyd; and his nephew Austin W. Boyd.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah Elizabeth Lueking and Parker Dean Rogerson; his siblings, Milton Boyd (Dianne), Michael Merrell (Pam), Ronnie Merrell (Patti), Glenn Perry (Lorianne), Susan Perry, Brian Merrell and Rupert Perry, Jr. (Margherita); his aunts, Lynn Gray and Valerie Daniels; his nieces and nephews, Shane Perry (Danielle), Zach, Trent Barksdale, Ashley Ellender (Joe), Bailey Farr (Chris) and Kirsten Merrell; and his cousins, Tiffany, Kevin and Beverly Gray.
