He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Kathleen; his son Thomas; his granddaughter Katharine; his parents, John and Veiva; and his siblings, Jeanette, Louis, Sterlin, Jack and Bob.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jane, Karen (Ed), Nancy (Tim), Mary (John), Maggie (Lauron) and Kellie (Travis); his grandsons, Daniel (Alyssa), Kevin (Amanda), Joe (Bea), Jack, Marc, Luke and Johan; his great grandchildren, Stephanie, Amanda, Robert, Donovan, Adam, Ava and Charlotte; and his great great grandchild Hailie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Twiford Colony Chapel (500 Budleigh St, Manteo, NC 27954). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sea Catholic Chapel (7335 S Virginia Dare Trail, Nags Head, NC 27959). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Manteo Cemetery (609 Wingina Ave, Manteo, NC 27954).
