William Douglas Braswell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Douglas Braswell (Kernersville, North Carolina), who passed away on October 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Staples Braswell; his parents, Harvey Vernon Braswell, Sr. and Sadie Stallings Braswell Michael; his stepfather Garland Patton Michael; and his brothers, Harvey Braswell, Jr. and Stan Braswell.

He is survived by: his children, Will Mabe of Kernersville and Ashley Mabe Owen of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Chase Mabe (Courtney), Wayne Owen, Kirsten Mabe and Edith Owen; his great grandchildren, Dallas Mabe and Brooks Mabe; his sister-in-law Karen Braswell; his nieces, Megan Thomas and Lauren Braswell; and his nephew Brandon Braswell.
