It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Faye Chapman of Kernersville, North Carolina, born in Gary, West Virginia, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Monroe and Virgie "Shon" Phillips Barnett; and her brother Alfred Monroe Barnett, Jr. (Harlene). She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Chapman; her daughter Donna Chapman Brown (Benny) of Kernersville; and her granddaughter Tiffany Brown Childress (Brandon) of Raleigh. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
