Though Vivian may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vivian touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Watson Dean and Inez Arnold Dean of Sanford; and her brother Timothy Von Dean. She is survived by: her brothers, Eric Dean of Sanford, NC. and Jonathan Dean (Debbie) of Kernersville, NC.; her aunt Markenzie Swann of Swann Station, NC.; her nieces, Elizabeth Romona Dean, Erica Ervin (CJ) and Ketra Goins; and her nephew James Quincy Dean (Kamille).

“Vivian was so very loved! She was naturally charismatic and God’s light drew people to her. She lived for him! I will miss her vivacious personality! She didn’t know my kids well but loved them deeply as my mom (Barbara Webb) sent pictures and updates. We always exchanged Christmas cards and though didn’t see each other often, have such fond memories of her. She is greatly missed and we rejoice heaven got such a great woman of god!”
